Drifters Cottage

Built in 1830 the cottage is located in the village of Tynemouth which is an excellent starting point for anyone wishing to explore the North of England, or just relax with everything you need on your doorstep.

Tynemouth has a number of restaurants and bars and two hotels, all within minutes walk from your the front door. The towns of Whitley Bay and North Shields are nearby and Newcastle city centre is only a bus ride or metro ride away.

Further afield discover Northumberland to the north with castles and stately homes and a shoreline second to none.

To the south is the historic city of Durham with its splendid cathedral and Beamish open air museum.
